Email hello@breathableapp.com with a description of the problem, your device model, iOS version, and Breathable app version. You may include a screenshot with any personal information removed. Never send your Apple password or payment-card details.
Subscribe or retry a purchase
Complete or skip onboarding to choose Premium or Complete. Complete includes Vale, Cirra, and every effect; Premium includes Sol, Nox, Milo, and core effects. Apple’s localized monthly price appears before purchase. Tap Subscribe and finish Apple’s sign-in and purchase confirmation. If the price does not load, check your internet connection and tap Try Again. Purchases may be restricted by your Apple Account or device settings.
Upgrade or change your plan
Open Settings → Membership to compare plans. Choose Complete to unlock all characters and effects immediately after Apple confirms the upgrade. To downgrade, open Manage subscription and choose Premium in Apple’s settings. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Levels and access codes do not unlock Complete-only content.
Restore an existing subscription
Sign in to the same Apple Account that purchased your plan, then tap Restore Purchases on the payment screen, available from Settings → Membership. Restoring an existing subscription does not create a new subscription. Contact us if Apple shows an active subscription but access remains locked.
Cancel, manage billing, or request a refund
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Breathable. You can also use Manage Subscription in Breathable Settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Apple handles billing and refund requests at Report a Problem. Both plans renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. See our Terms of Use for subscription details.
Your sessions and preferences
Breathing history and preferences are stored on your device. Export or delete local data from Breathable Settings. We cannot retrieve deleted breathing history from a server. Read our Privacy Policy for information about local data and subscription records.
